The hotel is stylish with a good service, it has a fab location away from the more lively "old town " area. The staff is competent and knowledgeable.

We especially admire the calm that fell over us everytime while entering the lobby. Such a source of "peace and quiet" in the center of a capital is amazing!

Good hotel, walking distance from some interesting places to visit (museums ...). Very nice modern decoration, especially the main bar.

fantastic hotel with all you need for a good holiday. Eleborate breakfast bufet. I had a business room, the extra's are worth it. The valet parking is a feast in itself, gave me a feeling like being vip.
Had the impression linen was not changed, maybe a mistake in communication of the cleaners with reception? But they changed it for me at midnight without a problem.

Great breakfast selection every morning.
I was really disappointed with the reception staff's communication. They didn't understand my needs and initially placed me in a musty room on a low floor. It felt more like an industrial hotel than a comfortable getaway, and I often encountered issues with towel availability.

Calm, cleanliness, space & food & beverages
Staff was a bit slow to react at the check in. SPA area is quite small with no quiet room (+ the music played during massages is not really relaxing)

We loved the outdoor pool and spent hours enjoying the spa. The location made it easy to check out nearby attractions. Don't miss out on the amazing dining options-breakfast was a highlight with plenty to choose from. The staff were super cute, especially at the pool bar. Just perfect for a group getaway!
Only downside was the shower stall-it was a bit cramped and lacked a handheld wand. Could use a little improvement.

Big room and bathroom, lcd tv with many foreign channels in many languages, clean quiet and very comfortable. Helpful staff, many services (bars, restaurants, outside swimming pool, ATM, lounge, concierge, etc.). Central position, I think one of the best 2 or 3 hotels in Bucharest.

Cristian at the front desk was really good in making us feel welcomed. The lounge on the 8th floor is perfect. The superior room was immaculate, and the bed was super comfy. Loved the nearby attractions, especially how close it was to revolution square!
